We freeze all of our soups in 16oz BPA-free plastic containers.
HOW LONG DO YOUR SOUPS LAST?
Soups that are frozen generally last for 6 months. We recommend you eat within the six month time period. Once defrosted use within one week.
HOW DO I HEAT UP SOUP?
For best results I recommend thawing the frozen soup in the refrigerator. Once it's thawed pour into a saucepan and gently bring to a boil. If you don't have time to thaw, you can put into a saucepan but heat on a low.
HOW LONG DO YOUR MEALS LAST?
We recommend you eat our meals within a week.
ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS ORGANIC?
Yes. We are dedicated to buying certified organic foods.
ARE YOUR FOODS ALLERGEN FRIENDLY?
I personally cannot eat gluten, dairy or nuts. We do not use those ingredients. However we do cook in a shared kitchen that has equipment that may have been used for cooking with these items. If you have a severe allergy, you must proceed with caution even though we try our best.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM OF SOUPS THAT CAN BE SHIPPED
We do not ship less than 8 soups at a time, and ship in quantities of 8 and 10. If you would like to order more than 10, orders can only be shipped in multiple boxes.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Local Home delivery is between $10-40 dependent on vicinity to the kitchen and shipping is between dependent on amount and distance.
However, if you don’t live within home delivery distance to our kitchen in LA we can ship to you! Please calculate shipping in your cart to see the price of your delivery or shipping rate as it depends on the distance and amount of food being ordered.
Ground - For California and Neighboring states this may be your best option. It generally takes two days but most times gets there in one. The soups will remain frozen for two - three days in our insulated kit. Fedex Saver - This is a great option for the Midwest, east coast. Fedex will generally give you a three day time frame. Most times although NOT guaranteed it will arrive in two days frozen. As a rule of thumb, if the soups arrive frozen they can go back in the freezer up to 6 months, if they arrive slushy and not completely thawed they can go back in freezer for up to 6 months. If they arrive thawed, they will last 5 -7 days in fridge.

WHEN WILL YOU SEND OUT MY SHIPMENT?
We ship out on most Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays. If ordered before 9AM on Friday, then your order will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday and will arrive within two days so as to stay fresh. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us. Deliveries that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional charges for re-delivery.
DO YOU SHIP MEALS AS WELL?
We currently do not ship anything but soups for reasons of keeping the food fresh. This includes any meals, sweets, and sides.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY MEALS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
We will text you once the meals are delivered and we will knock unless instructed to not do so. You will receive a text from the delivery driver when they are on the way so you can be aware of the exact delivery time. We do recommend purchasing an insulated bag that we can switch out every week. This will help keep your food items cold. We will leave the insulated bag or paper bag on your front porch or in a specified area of your choice. Once the food is delivered we are not responsible for any food spoilage or damage.
WILL MY DELIVERY BE FRESH IF IT IS LEFT OUTSIDE?
Our insulated packaging is designed to keep your meals fresh during transit. Our paper bags are not insulated, but if you purchased frozen soups your food generally stays cold. If you receive your meals later than expected, please use your best judgment by giving them a check for smell and consistency. We also suggest making sure your meals are cool to the touch. We advise that you place all meals in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery. If soups are slushy to frozen consistency they may go back in the freezer. If you are at all concerned with the freshness of your meals or soups, or have any questions about storage, please do let us know.
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR OR KEEP THE GRACEFULLY FED INSULATED BAG?
We will pick up the insulated bag, ice packs, and containers on your next delivery day. Please leave them outside for us.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DELIVERY. WHAT IS THE HOLD UP?
First, check that you ordered before your delivery or shipment cutoff date for that week. Delivery cutoff is Wednesday @8pm with deliveries going out that Friday between 11am-3pm. Shipping cutoff is Fridays @10am with orders going out the following Monday. If you miss these cutoff dates your order will be processed and sent out as part of the next week.
