1 head of broccoli, shredded (See below)
1 chicken breast, shredded (See below)
1 8oz package of sliced mushrooms
1 medium shallot
1/2 tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp of ginger
sauce (See below)
--Shred your broccoli.
--Shred your chicken.
--Make your rice. (All these demands seem a bit bossy, my apologies)
-In a medium frying pan heat a tablespoon of olive oil (or ghee, or coconut oil) saute your garlic, ginger, and shallots. 1-2 minutes.
To shred broccoli: throw in the processor and pulse. So simple and a really fun way to mix it in
